The Tavern Bar
A bar has stood on the site of the Curracloe Tavern for over 400 years, like many pubs in Ireland beginning its life as a punch house and bottling its own beer.
Its safe to say a lot has changed over the years however many things have remained the same.
The Tavern is still a family run, friendly, warm and welcoming country pub, it acts as a meeting place and social home to the community who’s members welcome strangers and visitors alike as if they had lived in the locality all their lives.
Here you will find everything you might expect from a country pub, including a pool table, dartboard, friendly card games, live music and a jukebox for when the bands aren’t around.
Sit and relax in front of the open fire sipping your favourite tipple whilst cheering on your team in their latest sporting endeavour, what ever the event, we show them all.
The Hanrhan family and their staff who have run the hotel and bar since 1987 will be happy to serve your every need including a free local lift home at the end of your evening.
Blake Restaurant & Function Room
Open 7 Days Per Week, 365 days a year (Including Christmas Day) Our restaurant is renowned for value and its good hearty food, made with locally sourced quality produce, which is cooked with care. Our Sunday Carvery has an array of dishes and is one of the largest in the South-East, with up to 500 people visiting us every week.
The restaurant which can comfortably seat 90 people is also ideal for parties and functions of all variates.

Much like our premium farmland, the waters that surrounds our island offers some of the best fish that the seven seas has to offer.
